Black History Month
As part of PureGym's ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace environment, I collaborated with PureGym's Ethnic Employee Group to develop a series of content commemorating Black History Month.
The group aimed to spotlight overlooked sporting heroes from the past, offer educational resources on black narratives, history, and culture, and provide guidance on being a supportive ally.

Online hub
We established an online hub along with various supporting assets to showcase the stories of unsung heroes, curated educational materials, and offered tips on allyship.
Social assets
A number of social assets were produced to inform followers and members of the hub and to reinforce the network group's message on fostering allyship.
In-gym assets
We produced posters and totems throughout the gym to demonstrate support and celebrate our chosen unsung sporting heroes.
